Wow, that sounds like a rough patch you're dealing with there! Let's try to tackle these issues one by one. So, starting with knee pain and not being able to walk properly, it could be linked to vata imbalance, which often causes joint pain. You might try applying warm sesame oil gently on the knees, morning and evening, to see if that helps with lubrication and relieves some of the pain. Hernia can be pretty darn uncomfortable. It's not typically a condition Ayurveda can handle alone, especially if it's severe. Please make sure you're in touch with the right medical specialist for this. Skin itching might be linked to excess pitta or toxins (ama) in your system. Drinking warm turmeric water can aid. Just a pinch in a glass of warm water once a day. Also, keeping skin hydrated with coconut oil may soothe that itching some. Let’s chat about hearing and seeing issues. Unfortunately, severe hearing and visual problems shouldn’t be taken lightly. For these, please do consult with appropriate ENT and Ophthalmologist. Ayurveda can support, but these could be symptoms needing thorough examination. Stomach pain, constipation, and swelling feet could sometimes mean your digestive fire (agni) is not working optimally. Simple trikatu churna with warm water may help with digestion. For constipation, drink warm water or Triphala churna at night. The swelling in feet might be due to circulation problems, keep those feet elevated when you can to help with the swelling, and you might want to massage lightly with castor oil. Remember, balancing your doshas is key. Try maintaining a sattvic diet with fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. And, for persistent or severe symptoms, never shy away from seeking immediate professional help. Your health’s precious!
