I am really confused about this whole rice bran thing. I mean, I keep hearing people say how good it is, but I don’t quite understand what is rice bran, and how it can help with my health? Last month, I read somewhere that rice bran is packed with nutrients and is a great source of fiber and vitamins, but honestly, I never even saw it in stores! 🤔 I’ve been dealing with some digestive issues lately, like bloating and, ugh, irregular bowel movements – it's just been annoying. My friend suggested I try adding what is rice bran to my diet since she swears it helped her feel better. But I have no clue where to even start! Should I just sprinkle it on my meals or do I have to cook it somehow? Also, based on your experience, does it actually taste good, because I don’t want to ruin my food? If what is rice bran such a miracle food, can it help with other stuff too, like energy levels or skin health? I’m just so curious and a bit lost here!
