I am really struggling with this issue recently. My eyes have been super swollen every morning, like balloons! I don't even know what's causing it. It started about a month ago after I tried this new face cream, but the doc said it might not be that. Sometimes they itch too, and they feel heavy? I’ve also noticed that my sleep isn’t as great, which feels like maybe that could be part of it and also I've been sneezing a lot, like either allergy-related or, I don’t even know, but could it be related? Anyway, I’ve tried cold compresses, and some herbal teas which helped a lil bit, but didn’t really cure the problem. I came across info on how to cure swollen eyes using Ayurvedic remedies and I'm really curious! I don’t know where to start, though. Like, are there specific herbs or oils to try? What about diet changes? Should I avoid certain foods? I'm usually in a rush in the mornings so I need stuff that’s easy or quick to do. Has anyone here found a way that really works? Like what to do daily, or even some nighttime routine? Just wish I could wake up looking normal again! Help!
