Your digestive problems started after a period of very intense stress + panic When stress is very high for longer time, the nervous system shifts into a survival mode (fight/flight). When this happens- your digestion shuts down, bile flow becomes irregular, stomach acid and bile lose normal timing and the liver becomes irritated
In Ayurveda -Vata (air/movement force) goes upward -Pitta (heat/bile) becomes excessive and unstable
WHAT THIS CAUSES
1) Bile becomes too strong, acidic, irritative-This leads to bitterness in mouth, alkaline reflux, nausea after fatty foods, feeling heavy and sick after fried/ oily meals
2) Liver becomes irritated -This is why you GGT increased GGT rising means the liver + bile tract are under strain and inflammation irritation is happening
