Can Panchamrit Parpati Help with My Appetite and Diarrhea After Liver Treatment? - #47315

I currently went under endoscopic banding due to internal bleeding caused by damaged liver. Now all is under control but my appetite has declined plus every now and then I keep suffering from diarrhoea. I wanted to know if panchamrit parpati can be consumed for it's cure since I don't want to rely on allopathic medicine everyday, (lyoflora). Please look into it. Thanks.

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Regular use of buttermilk. Cap.Florasante 1-0-1 Cap Mebarid 2-0-2 Follow up after 10 days.
