Doctor-recommended remedies for this condition

Doctors' responses
After Panchakarma, a light, simple diet is required for about 2–4 weeks (minimum 14 days, ideally 21 days), depending on strength and digestion. Post-Panchakarma diet (Pathya): Start with kanji / rice gruel / moong dal soup Soft cooked rice, khichdi Warm, freshly cooked food Small portions, regular timings Warm water or herbal water Avoid during this period: Fried, spicy, sour, and very oily foods Cold foods, ice creams, curd at night Bakery items, fast food, packaged food Alcohol and smoking After 3–4 weeks: Gradually return to normal home food if digestion is good. 👉 This diet helps stabilize the benefits of Panchakarma and prevent relapse.
