Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Use Ksheerabala Taila Gently rub it on your lower stomach, thighs, and lower back every day, ideally before you shower. This helps calm Vata and gets the blood moving in your pelvic area.

Since your trigger is Stress/Anxiety, your physical machinery is likely fine, but the signal from the brain to the organ is being blocked by stress hormones (Vata aggravation). We need to calm the mind (Manas) while stimulating the reproductive tissue (Shukra).

Medicines Ashwagandha Churna: 1 teaspoon twice daily with warm milk. Manmath Ras: 1 tablet twice daily with warm milk (after food). Kaunch Beej Churna (Mucuna Pruriens): 1 teaspoon mixed with the Ashwagandha dose.
