Hello I get where you’re coming from. It’s totally normal to want to manage high blood pressure, boost your circulation, and fix ED without having to rely on meds forever.

Ayurveda can definitely help, but you’ve got to go about it the right way—slow and steady, not all at once.

Here’s what I see from your situation: - Your blood pressure’s been up for over a year. - You’re on one BP medication right now. - You keep moderately active. - On top of that, you’re dealing with poor circulation and ED.

Your goal is clear: bring down your BP naturally, get your blood flowing better, improve erections, and—if possible—cut back on meds.

Now, before anything else, please don’t just stop your BP medication. Suddenly quitting can send your blood pressure through the roof and set you up for strokes or heart problems. Ayurveda works by tackling the root problem, but you only start cutting down meds once your BP’s been stable for a while, and always with a doctor’s help.

So what’s really causing all this?

From an Ayurvedic angle, it looks like you’ve got a Vata–Pitta imbalance, issues with blood quality and flow (Rakta dhatu dushti), some blockages in your blood channels (Srotorodha), and weak Ojas and Shukra dhatu—which can lead straight to ED.

All these pieces fit together: high BP, low circulation (especially down there), and weak erections aren’t separate issues. They’re connected.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

1. High Blood Pressure (Start Here)

- Mukta Vati: 2 tablets twice a day after meals. Calms Pitta, eases stress, relaxes blood vessels.

- Arjuna Churna: Half a teaspoon with warm water once daily. Good for your heart, helps circulation. Stick with these for at least 8–12 weeks.

2. Blood Circulation & Vessel Health

- Veinflux Capsules: 1 capsule twice a day after food. Keeps blood moving and arteries flexible.

Or, if you prefer, chew one raw garlic clove in the morning (if your stomach’s okay with it).

3. ED & Nerve-Vascular Support

- Ashwagandha Churna: Half a teaspoon with warm milk at night. Boosts erections, energy, and nerve strength.

- Shilajit (purified, from a good brand): 250 mg once in the morning with warm water. Improves blood flow to the pelvic area and boosts energy.

These won’t raise your BP if you use them correctly.

DIET PLAN

Eat more: - Fresh, warm home-cooked food - Vegetables like lauki, beetroot, and spinach - Pomegranate and apple - Five soaked almonds first thing in the morning - 1–2 teaspoons of cow ghee per day

Cut out: - Extra salt - Fried and packaged foods - Alcohol and smoking (these hit ED hard) - Late-night eating

Lifestyle chnage (these matter a lot):

- Brisk walking: 30–40 minutes a day - Pranayama: Anulom Vilom for 10 minutes, Bhramari for 5 minutes daily - Aim to sleep before 11 pm - Less screen time at night Honestly, just lowering stress can drop your BP by 10–15 points for a lot of people.

When can you start cutting back your BP meds?

Usually after 2–3 months of steady, normal BP readings, and only with your doctor guiding you. Go slow, not cold turkey. It really depends on your consistency, your weight, your stress, and your family history.

What to expect: - BP should start to settle in 3–4 weeks. - Circulation gets better in 4–6 weeks. - ED improves around weeks 6–8. - Confidence and stamina? That comes along gradually, but you’ll feel the difference.

You’re right to look for more than just a quick fix. Ayurveda aims to heal blood vessels, boost circulation, restore sexual health, and calm your nerves. But you need patience, consistency, and to keep things safe.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Since your BP is around 150 mmHg, please do not stop/withdraw allopathic BP medicine suddenly. Stopping it abruptly can cause BP spikes, headache, stroke risk and heart strain.

✅ You can take Ayurvedic medicines along with your current medication, and gradually (only under supervision) BP medicine can be reduced if BP becomes stable.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

You can significantly improve BP, circulation & ED naturally and potentially reduce medication dose (sometimes even come off it) with strong lifestyle + supportive herbs – but never stop your BP medication suddenly without your doctor’s guidance. Abrupt stop can cause dangerous rebound hypertension. Work closely with your doctor for monitoring & gradual tapering if BP stabilizes.

Medicines (Ayurvedic, BP & ED supportive) Arjunarishta – 15 ml + 30 ml warm water after breakfast & dinner Ashwagandha Lehyam – 10 gm morning + night with warm milk Gokshura capsule – 500 mg twice daily after food Shilajit resin (pure) – 300–500 mg morning with warm water Punarnavadi Mandoor – 250 mg morning + night after food

Daily Must-Do Kegel exercises – 50 reps × 3 daily (hold 5–10 sec) – best for ED & pelvic circulation. Brisk walk 30–45 min daily (improves BP & blood flow). Sleep 10 PM – 6 AM strictly.

Diet Give daily: moong khichdi + ghee, pomegranate, beetroot juice 100 ml, 4 soaked almonds + 2 dates morning. Avoid completely: excessive salt, fried food, caffeine after 4 PM, alcohol, late dinner.

Monitor BP daily (morning & evening). Get testosterone, lipid profile & HbA1c checked (ED often linked). After 30 days of this plan + lifestyle , review with doctor for possible dose reduction.

Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

HELLO,

YOU HAVE MENTIONED -High blood pressure for more than 1 year -poor blood circulation -Erectile dysfunction -Currently on one BP medication -Moderately active lifestyle

From. an Ayurvedic viewpoint, these are not separate problems. They are connected stages of the same internal imbalance

WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING INSIDE THE BODY? In Ayurveda, blood pressure develop slowly due to -weak digestion-> toxin formation -thick , impure blood -loss of elasticity of blood vessels -disturbed nervous control -stress, suppressed emotions, overthinking

OVERTIME -Blood does not flow smoothly -pressure builds inside vessles -heart has to pump harder -blood supply to peripheral organs (penis, legs, brain) reduces

This explains -high -cold hands/feet, numbness, poor circulation -Erectlie dysfunction

DOSHA INVOLVEMENT - ROOT CAUSE VATA= controls circulation, nerve signals PITTA= regulates blood, pressure, inflammation KAPHA= causes thickness, blockage, heaviness in vessels PRIMARY PROBLEM= vata-pitta imbalance SECONDARY PROBLEM= kapha accumulation in blood channels

AFFECTED BODY SYSTEMS -RAKTAVAHA SROTAS= blood channels -PRANAVAHA SROTAS= heart and respiration -MUTRAVAHA SROTAS= kidney (Bp regulation) -SHUKRAVAHA SROTAS= sexual organs That is why ED appears after long standing Bp

TREATMENT GOALS -purify blood -improve elasticity of blood vessels -normalize nerve control of circulation -strengthen heart without overstimulation -improve blood flow to reproductive organs -calm stress and anxiety -gradually reduce dependency on Bp mediicne

INTERNAL MEDICATIOS

A) FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND HEART SUPPORT

1) ARJUNA KSHEERPAKA= 30 ml twice daily after meals for 3 months =strengthens heart muscles , improves vessel elasticity, reduces pressure load on heart

2) SARPAGANDHA VATI= 1 ta at night only for 8 weeks = calms overactive nerves, reduces stress induced Bp spikes, helps sleep

3) MUKTA PISHTI= 125 mg twice daily with honey after meals for 3 months =cooling medicine, controls pitta related Bp rise, reduces palpitations and anxiety

B) FOR BLOOD CIRCULATION AND VESSEL CLEANING

4) PUNARNAVA MANDUR= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 3 moths =improves circulation, supports kidney, removes fluid retention

5) KAISHOR GUGUGLU= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 4 months =removes toxins from blood, reduces vessel blockage , improves microcirculation

C) FOR ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION AND VITALITY

6) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk at night for 3 months =improves nerve strength, reduces stress related ED, supports testosterone

7) KAPIKACCHU CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk in morning for 3 months =improves erection quality, enhances sperm and libido, nourishes shukra dhatu

8 ) SHILAJIT (purified) CAPSULE= 250mg twice daily with milk for 3 months =improves pelvic circulation, enhances stamina, works at tissue level

EXTERNAL THERAPIES

OIL MASSAGE= WARM SESAME OIL -full body especially legs, lower back 3-4 times/week =improves circulation, calms vata, improves erectile response

DIET -barley, oats -bottle gourd, ridge gourd -pomegranate, amla -buttermilk with roasted cumin

AVOID -excess salt -pickles -fried food -alcohol -red meat

USE ROCK SALT ONLY, VERY LITTLE

LIFESTYLE ADVICE -walk daily 30-40 min -sleep before 10:30 pm -avoid late nights and overthinknig -regular bowel movement is essential

YOGA AND PRANAYAM -Anulom Vilom = 10 min -Bhramari=7 rounds -Shavasana= 10 min

AVOID -forceful kapalbhati -breath holding

HOME REMEDIES -garlic 1-2 cloves daily lightly cooked -warm water with coriander seeds -amla juice 20 ml daily

ABOUT STOPPING BP MEDICATIONS Never stop suddenly

Ayurveda allows -gradual dose reduction -only after Bp remains stable for weeks

Your condition is reversible at the functional level. Ayurveda does not suppress Bp; it repairs circulation, nerves, blood quality, and stress response

With discipline -Bp can stabilize naturally -Sexual health can return -Long term dependency on medication can reduce

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

Dr. Manjula
I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Jatin Kumar Sharma
I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Nayan Wale
I am working in medical field for total 7 years, out of which around 4 years was in hospital setup and 3 years in clinic practice. Hospital work gave me strong base, long duty hours, different type of cases, emergencies sometimes, and learning under pressure. Clinic work is different, slower but deeper, where I sit with patients, listen more, explain things again n again, and follow them over time. In hospital I handled day to day OPD cases, routine management, and also assisted seniors when things got complicated. That phase shaped my clinical thinking a lot, even now I sometimes catch myself thinking like hospital mode when a case looks serious. Clinic practice on the other hand taught me patience. Patients come with chronic issues, expectations, doubts, sometimes fear, and I had to adjust my approach accordingly. I focus on practical treatment planning, not just diagnosis on paper. Some days I feel I should have more time with each patient, but I try to balance it. My experience across hospital and clinic helps me understand both acute care and long term disease management. I still keep learning everyday, reading, observing patterns, correcting myself when needed, because medicine never stays same for long, and neither should the doctor.

I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Harsh Khandelwal
I am a fresher doctor stepping into practice with lot of curiosity and some nervousness too if i’m honest. My training gave me a foundation in Ayurveda principles, where health is not just the absence of illness but a balance between doshas, agni, dhatu & mind. I might not carry decades of expereince yet, but I hold patience and dedication which sometimes matter more than numbers. During study years I worked through cases of common disorders, watching how small changes in ahara-vihara and simple herbal formulations could transform patient comfort. It showed me that ayurveda is not about complicate plans but about restoring rhythm of body. I keep strong interest in musculoskeletal disorders like joint pain, stiffness, backache, where lifestyle corrections plus treatments like abhyanga, swedana and panchakarma therapies show amazing recovery. Also conditions of women health—PCOD, infertility, menstrual irregularities—are areas I want to focus deeply, as these affect daily living so much yet often stay under-discussed. I also learned about auto-immune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, aamavata, psoriatic arthritis, how tricky they are, and I feel motivated to study and treat them further with careful, step by step methods. As a fresher, I know my journey just starting. I am still shaping my skills, still questioning which approach work best, sometimes even re-checking basic things twice. But I believe this stage is also strength, because I come with open mind, no rigid habits, and eagerness to listen. I do not rush into decisions, rather I take time to observe each case, to connect symptoms with underlying dosha imbalance. I feel each patient teach something new and every treatment outcome is like a page added in my learning. I may not be perfect yet, but I am commited to honesty in my care, keeping focus on natural healing, preventive health, and respecting both modern diagnostics and traditional ayurveda wisdom. For me it is about building trust slowly, showing patients that even a fresher can hold responsibility with sincerity, and growing together step by step.

Dr. Sumit Tasgaonkar
I am Dr. Sumit S. Tasgaonkar — a BAMS doc who also went on to complete MS in Ayurveda surgery, along with CGO and PGDEMS. Kinda feels like I’m always learning. And maybe that’s what keeps me grounded — balancing classical Ayurvedic wisdom with real-time medical emergencies or even modern diagnostic tools. I don’t see these systems as opposites... for me, they compliment each other when you look closely enough. My work mostly revolves around chronic diseases, metabolic issues, lifestyle mess (and there’s plenty of it these days), and women’s health conditions — PCOS, hormonal imbalance, gynec stuff that needs long-term attention. I use Panchakarma, herbal meds, diet correction, sometimes just shifting someone’s daily habits does more than we expect. But it’s never one-size-fits-all. I take a lot of time getting to the root cause — dosha imbalance, agni disturbance, whatever is underneath the visible stuff. Patients dealing with arthritis, stress, skin flareups, digestion trouble — I’ve seen all of that and more. And every case teaches something new. I’m super keen on tracking progress too. Like we keep tweaking, adjusting as per prakriti and vikriti, not just protocol-for-all. And honestly, the most satisfying part? when patients tell me they feel like themselves again. I started Tasgaonkar Medical Foundation with a big dream of bringing authentic Ayurveda to more people, esp. rural areas where choices are limited. We still keep prices fair and try not to compromise on classical principles. Accessibility doesn’t mean diluting the science — that’s always been important to me. What I really want is to see more people actually understand their health. Not just pop pills or mask symptoms. I wanna give them the tools — through knowledge, through food, through breath — to live lighter and healthier. And ya, sometimes it’s messy, sometimes you doubt, sometimes you adjust everything mid-plan... but that's Ayurveda too. Listening, observing, and flowing with the body, not against it.
