AYURVEDIC TAKE
According to Ayurveda, the main culprit here is mandagni—weak digestive fire. Along with that, there’s usually a Vata and Kapha imbalance and ama (undigested food toxins) building up. In Ayurveda, this is called ajeerna (indigestion) and adhmana (gas and bloating).
When your agni (digestive fire) is low, your food doesn’t digest properly, so you end up with gas, belching, and a poor appetite.

INTERNAL MEDICINES
1. Hingvashtak Churna – ½ teaspoon Take it with warm water after meals, twice a day. This really helps with gas and belching.
2. Avipattikar Churna – ½ teaspoon Take it with warm water before bed. Great for reducing heaviness and indigestion.
3. Jeerakarishta – 15 ml with equal water After meals, twice daily. Boosts both hunger and digestion.
HOME REMEDIES (Super Useful)
First thing in the morning: – 1 glass warm water + ½ lemon (if you don’t have much acidity)
After meals: – Chew a little saunf (fennel) and mishri (rock sugar)
Before meals: – A small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of salt
DIET & LIFESTYLE TIPS
❌ SKIP THESE: Cold drinks, refrigerated food Too much tea or coffee Fried, bakery, or junk food Overeating or late-night dinners
✅ EAT/DRINK THESE: Hot, fresh meals Moong dal, rice, lauki (bottle gourd), tori (ridge gourd) Buttermilk at lunchtime Warm water through the day
EATING RULES (DON’T SKIP THESE) Eat only when you’re hungry Don’t overfill your stomach No screens (phone/TV) while eating Chew your food well
You can absolutely get this under control—just need to stoke your agni in the right way. Give it 2–3 weeks, and you’ll notice the gas, belching, and appetite all start to improve.

Hello, 1. Please avoid coffee-tea in the empty stomach in the morning. 2. Chew your food properly. 3. Avoid deep fried items and processed food, outside food, green peas, chana, rajma, potatoes for a month. 4. Drink 2 liters of boiled warm water a day.
Medicines- 1. Mahadhanvantharam Gulika(kottakkal/avn) 2----2----2 with cumin tea after each meal for 30 days. 2. Hingwashtaka churna 1 teaspoon with one teaspoon of ghee and first morsel of food (each meal) for 30 days.
