I have diabetes. I can't get an erection even when using viagra . What can I do ? I only get a 50% erection which doesn't last long . I di exercise 2x per week and eat healthy.

I understand this is distressing and in diabetes erectile dysfunction usually happens due to long standing damage to nerves and blood vessels supplying the penis which is why even viagra gives only partial erection that does not sustain Moderate sugar control is often not enough and consistent stable control is very important Exercise twice a week is good but daily brisk walking for 30 to 40 minutes improves pelvic circulation much better Stress poor sleep and fatigue also worsen the condition so they must be corrected along with sugar levels From an ayurvedic view this is vata predominance with shukra dhatu kshaya and management needs regular internal medicines Take Ashwagandha churna 3 grams twice daily with warm milk Take Kaunch beej churna 2 grams at night with warm milk Take Shilajit capsule 250 mg once daily after breakfast if blood pressure is normal Take Chandraprabha vati 2 tablets twice daily after meals for nerve strength and pelvic circulation Avoid smoking alcohol late nights and very spicy dry food Improvement usually starts in 6 to 8 weeks with regular use and becomes stronger over the next few months
