Hello, 75 ki umar mein erectile dysfunction (ED) hona kaafi common hai, khaaskar jab aapko sugar aur BP ki shikayat ho. Aapka BP aur sugar control mein hona ek bahut achhi baat hai, kyunki isse ilaaj asaan ho jata hai. ​Ayurveda ke mutabik, ise ‘Klaibya’ kaha jata hai, jo shareer mein ‘Vata’ dosha badhne aur ‘Shukra Dhatu’ ki kami se hota hai. Masturbation ki purani aadat se ghabrayein nahi, par ab focus shareer ki taqat (Rasayana aur Vajikarana) badhane par hona chahiye. ​ ​1.
