Simple Ayurvedic treatment For erection strength Ashwagandha churna Dose: 1 teaspoon with warm milk at night For stamina & timing (PE) Kaunch beej churna Dose: ½–1 teaspoon with milk, morning Classical support Chandraprabha Vati Dose: 1 tablet twice daily after food If weakness / low libido Shilajit (pure) Dose: 250 mg once daily with milk Lifestyle (very important) Avoid porn + excessive masturbation Regular exercise (boosts testosterone) Sleep 7–8 hours Reduce stress/anxiety (major cause of PE)
