Control techniques (very effective): Start–stop method during intercourse Deep breathing (slow, controlled) Don’t rush – focus on rhythm Lifestyle: Avoid porn/excess masturbation Sleep 7 hours Regular exercise (improves stamina) Diet: Milk, almonds, dates Avoid excess alcohol, smoking, junk food Ayurvedic medicines: Ashwagandha churna – ½ tsp at night with milk Kaunch beej churna – ½ tsp at night with milk Shilajit capsule/tablet – once daily after food For better control: Use thicker condom (reduces sensitivity) Do foreplay first, then intercourse Duration: You may start seeing improvement in 3–4 weeks Important: There is no instant permanent medicine in 1–2 days Avoid “quick result” pills (can harm in long term) With practice + medicines → timing and control improve gradually Take care and feel free to contact me anytime for any of your health needs.
