Tonsari Syrup - #7087
I’ve been taking Tonsari Syrup for the past few weeks for my throat issues, but I’m not sure if it’s working as expected. My Ayurvedic doctor prescribed Tonsari Syrup because I was having frequent sore throats and mild coughs that wouldn’t go away. They said it’s good for clearing up mucus and soothing the throat, but I don’t see a big improvement yet. Here’s my routine: I take two teaspoons of Tonsari Syrup twice a day after meals. It has a pleasant taste, but I wonder if I’m not taking it correctly. Should I take Tonsari Syrup before meals instead? Also, does it need to be taken with warm water, or is plain water fine? I’ve noticed some relief, but the mucus in my throat hasn’t completely gone. Does Tonsari Syrup take longer to work for chronic problems? My diet includes a lot of spicy and oily foods—could this be affecting the results? If you’ve used Tonsari Syrup, how long did it take to see real changes? Are there any side effects from using Tonsari Syrup for a long time? Also, are there specific foods or drinks that can boost its effectiveness? I’m trying to avoid antibiotics and stick to natural remedies, but I need to know if I’m missing something. Does Tonsari Syrup work better for certain types of throat problems? I’ve read it’s good for tonsillitis too, but I’m not sure how versatile it is. If anyone has more experience with Tonsari Syrup, please share your tips.
