Aapki beti ka asthma 3 saal se isliye theek nahi ho raha kyunki uske lungs bahut sensitive ho gaye hain. Thoda sa hawa change, dhool, thand, ya stress bhi uske breathing tubes ko tight kar deta hai, jisse wheezing, khansi aur saans phoolna hota hai.

Inhaler us waqt relief deta hai, lekin lungs ko strong nahi banata, isi liye problem baar-baar repeat hoti hai.

Ayurveda mein asthma ko “Tamak Swasa” kehte hain, jisme:

Kapha lungs mein jama ho jata hai Vata breathing ko tight kar deta hai Bacche ko baar-baar attack hote hain

Ayurveda ka aim hai lungs ko strong banana, kapha ko dissolve karna, aur breathing tubes ko naturally open rakhna taaki attacks kam hote jaayen aur breathing normal ho.

Yeh treatment inhaler ke saath bhi chal sakta hai, koi problem nahi.

🌿 Internal Ayurvedic Medicines:

1. Amapachana (first 5 days) Kapha jama ho toh yeh zaroori hota hai: Amapachana Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food — 5 days

2. अस्थमा फेफड़ों की एक लंबे समय तक चलने वाली (क्रोनिक) बीमारी है जिसमें एयरवेज़ (फेफड़ों के अंदर हवा ले जाने वाली ट्यूब) ये हो जाती हैं: 1) सेंसिटिव-> धूल, ठंडी हवा, एलर्जी, इन्फेक्शन पर तेज़ी से रिएक्ट करती हैं 2) पतली / टाइट-> ऐंठन की वजह से 3) म्यूकस से भर जाती हैं-> सांस लेना मुश्किल हो जाता है

तो अस्थमा = एयर ट्यूब के अंदर सूजन + कसाव + म्यूकस

आपकी बेटी को ये लक्षण हो सकते हैं -मुश्किल। सांस लेने में दिक्कत -घरघराहट की आवाज़ -खांसी (खासकर रात या सुबह) -सीने में जकड़न -अटैक जो आते-जाते रहते हैं

अस्थमा जल्दी ठीक क्यों नहीं होता क्योंकि फेफड़े बहुत ज़्यादा सेंसिटिव हो जाते हैं, और इस सेंसिटिविटी को शांत होने में समय लगता है आयुर्वेद कहता है कि अस्थमा इसलिए होता है -कफ (म्यूकस) हवा की नली को ब्लॉक कर देता है -वात इम्बैलेंस से ऐंठन होती है -कमज़ोर पाचन से अमा (टॉक्सिन) होते हैं -एलर्जी की टेंडेंसी

इलाज के लक्ष्य अस्थमा का आयुर्वेदिक इलाज सिर्फ़ अटैक को रोकना नहीं है - बल्कि असली इम्बैलेंस को ठीक करना है -म्यूकस कम करना -हवा की नली की ऐंठन से राहत -सूरज की ताकत बढ़ाना -पाचन/मेटाबॉलिज़्म बेहतर करना -एलर्जी की टेंडेंसी कम करना -आगे के अटैक को रोकना -फेफड़ों को कम सेंसिटिव बनाना

नमस्ते, मैं आपका दर्द समझ सकती हूँ। आपकी बेटी पिछले 3 साल से अस्थमा से परेशान है, और यह आपके लिए इमोशनली और उसके लिए फिजिकली बहुत मुश्किल रहा होगा।

Parhej aur thode care ke saath usko asthma ke attacks toh nahi aayege but weather change ke thodi taklif ho sakte hai.

Asthma ke liye Ayurveda mein kuch upay hain jo aapki beti ki sthiti mein madad kar sakte hain. Pehle to, uski dosha prakriti ko samajhna zaroori hai, kyun ki yeh uske liye upay tay karne mein madad karega. Aksar asthma ko ‘Vata’ aur ‘Kapha’ dosha ke asantulan se joda jata hai, to pehle is samasya ko tackle karte hain.

1. Ahara (Diet): Uski diet mein thodi tabdeeliyan laani ho sakti hain. Garam, suskh khadya padarth jese ki masoor dal, rye, mehtha nimbu aur, adrak ka upayogi ho sakta hai. Abhijit yane ki dairy products aur thanda khana jo, Kapha badhate hai, unse door rahein. Ghee ka prayog shudh matra mein breathing pathways ko supple rakhne mein madadgar ho sakta hai.

2. Vyayam (Exercise): Daily halke vyayam, jaise ki yoga aur pranayama, jese ki Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari, uske lungs ko majboot bana sakte hai, aur pranan ka behtaree output de sakta hai.

3. Chikitsa (Therapies): Ayurveda mein Swedana, Vamana, aur Virechana Vata aur Kapha shaman mein madadgar ho sakti hain. Yeh therapies kisi pashar Ayurvedic vaidya ke adheen ki jani chahiye.
