Hello Dealing with constant pain all over – like your back, neck, legs, hands, or even just trying to walk – really sucks. If it’s been going on for more than half a year, it’s totally understandable why you’re so frustrated and tired.

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING

Basically, it’s mostly due to:

–Vata messing up your balance –When Vata goes up, you get: Dry joints and muscles Pain when you move Stiffness Sciatica (nerve pain) Sounds and clicks Feeling weak and worn out So, in your case, it’s a long-term Vata thing messing with your bones, muscles, and nerves.

Sitting too much, stress, not having a good routine, and not resting enough all make Vata worse.

Why You Hurt Everywhere

Sitting a lot → squishes your spine and nerves Bad posture → strains your neck and back Bad digestion → your tissues don’t get good stuff Vata dryness → joints lose their lube Nerves getting pinched → sciatica It’s not just one joint – it’s a Vata problem all over.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1.Yograj Guggulu – 2 tablets, twice a day after your food (This is really good for lots of joint pain, stiffness, and nerve stuff)

2 Maharasnadi kashaya – 15 ml, twice a day with warm water after food (Helps deep muscle and nerve pain)

3.Dashmoolaristha 30ml twice daily
(Makes nerves stronger and calms inflammation)

4.Ashwagandha Churna – 3 grams before bed with warm milk (Makes you stronger, builds muscle, and helps you recover)

EXTERNAL CARE Massage with oil every day (Abhyanga)

Try: –Mahanarayan Taila or –Dhanwantharam Taila Rub it on: Back Neck Hips Legs Hands Then: Use hot water or a warm shower This chills out your nerves and gets your blood flowing.
