Please,l need what to be eating for bone health.l am diagnosed of rhumatism arthritis.Thank you I alway have pains in the bones of my legs, joints and shoulders and ankles.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune inflammatory condition…so its always very important to reduce the internal inflammation. Food- Include omega 3 rich foods like fish,flax seeds,walnuts.Plenty of steamed veggies. Use home made spices in food. Consume millets in place of rice especially kodo & littlr millet. Avoid processed food,sugar & cold items. Reduce coffee tea intake. Medicines- Amruthotharam kashayam Amavatari ras Simhanada guggulu Shallaki tab Use kottamchukadi thailam for external application. Thankyou
