Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune inflammatory condition…so its always very important to reduce the internal inflammation.
Food-
Include omega 3 rich foods like fish,flax seeds,walnuts.Plenty of steamed veggies. Use home made spices in food. Consume millets in place of rice especially kodo & littlr millet. Avoid processed food,sugar & cold items. Reduce coffee tea intake.
Medicines-
Amruthotharam kashayam
Amavatari ras
Simhanada guggulu
Shallaki tab
Use kottamchukadi thailam for external application.
