Yes both are good for your knee joint paint, warm and apply. Along with local application of oil, oral medication and diet will be added advantage. Start with Yograj guggul 1-0-1 after food with water Maharasnadi kadha 10ml twice daily after food with 20 ml. water. Wear knee cap during the day. Avoid sour fermented foods.

–You can apply Kottamchukkadi Thailam or Sahacharadi Thailam on the knee and gently massage twice daily. It may help reduce pain and stiffness around the patella. If the pain does not improve within a week, further evaluation may be needed. —Since pain appears when sitting for long periods: Avoid keeping the knee fully bent for long time Stretch the leg every 20–30 minutes Do gentle quadriceps strengthening Avoid sudden squatting or climbing stairs repeatedly — way to use Warm the oil slightly. Massage gently around the knee (not pressing hard on the patella). Massage for 10–15 minutes. Do 2 times daily. After massage, keep the knee warm or apply mild hot compress. You may notice improvement in 3–7 days if the cause is mild inflammation.

Hello, Yes. Take equal part of each mix; warm the required oil in a bowl keeping the bowl over boiling water. Apply the oil to the knee; let it stay for there for one hour; then pour hot to warm water over the knee to wash the oil off; this need to be done once a day. Take care, Kind regards.
