I am having osteoarthritis in my right knee and diagnosed for replacement. I need your guaranted advice.

Since a knee replacement has been suggested, the focus is is to reduce inflammation, nourish the synovial fluid, and strengthen the bone and soft tissues to potentially delay or manage conditions 1) Maharasnadi Kadha- 15ml 45ml lukewarm water 30 min before breakfast and dinner 2) Yogaraja Guggulu - 2 Tablets- with kadha 3)Balarishta- 20ml+20ml water-immediately after lunch and dinner 4) Mahanarayana Thailam - apply warm leave for 40 min before bath 5) Gandha Tallam- 5-10 Drops with warm milk at bedtime Foods to Include Healthy Fats: Ghee Sesame oll, and Olive oil to lubricate the joints Internally. Spices: Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, and Fenugreek (Methi) seeds soaked overnight. Grains: Red rice (Rakta Shali), Wheat, and Oats. Calcium Rich: Milk boiled with a pinch of turmeric and saffron Foods to Avold Vata-Aggravating Foods: Cold, dry, and stale food. Avoid sprouts, cabbage, and cauliflower as they increase “gas” (Vata). Excessive refined sugar and salt, which can increase inflammation and water retention. Sour/Fermented: Very sour curd, pickles, and fermented foods like Idli/Dosa in excess. Hello, You’re dealing with osteoarthritis (severe stage) and since replacement is advised, Your condition is advanced This ayurvedic plan help reduce pain,improve mobility, and possibly delay surgery if followed strictly Condition= vata aggravation in joints Goals -reduce vata -nourish cartilage -reduce inflammation and stiffness Internal medications Morning empty stomach 1) Gandharvahastadi kashaya= 15ml + warm water =reduces vata, stiffness, improves bowel important After lunch and dinner -Yogaraj guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals After breakfast and dinner 2) Rasnadierandadi kashaya= 20ml twice daily after meals with warm water =pain + inflammation relief After meals twice daily -Dhanwantaram gulika= 2 tabs twice daily =strengthens joints + reduces degeneration External treatment very important Daily minimum 45 dasys -Muriveena oil= warm oil massage on knees 10-15 min Then -mild hot fomentation steam or hot towel =this step is non negotiable for pain relief If possible, go for panchakarma -Janu basti= 7-14 days -abhyanga + swedana = 7 days -matra basti= for vata control This can significantly reduce Pain even in severe cases Diet -warm, soft foods -cow ghee 1-2 tsp daily -methi , garlic -milk with turmeric at night Avoid strictly -cold foods, fridge items -dry foods biscuits, namkeen -excess tea, coffee -sour + fermented -curd at night= Big NO Lifestyle -avoid long walking you said walking worsen pain -use knee support -no squatting/stairs overload -gentle exercise= straight leg raises -quadriceps strengthening Expectations Since -pain=severe -duration= early but intense -surgery already suggested Ayurveda can -reduce pain 40-70 % -improve mobility -delay surgery But completely reversing damage is unlikely at this stage Important If -pain remains severe after 60-90 days -walking becomes very limited Then knee replacement is a valid and effective option Ayurveda can still be used -before surgery strengthening -after surgery faster recovery Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

1. Dhanwantaram kashaya 15ml + 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily half an hour before food. 2. Ksheerabala 101A cap 1-0-1 along with kashaya. 3. Vaiswanara choornam 1/2 tsp with warm water at lunch. 4. Mahanarayana tailam for external application. Massage all around the knee joint for 15 minutes and leave it for 30 minutes. Apply warm compress cloth for 10 minutes and took a warm water shower Slight gentle exercises for thigh muscle and calf muscle strengthening. Rg 1-0-1 after food with water Punarnavadi kwath 10ml-0-10ml after food with water Ashwagandha lehyam 0-0-1tsp after dinner with water Wear knee cap during the day. Once pain reduces start with knee strengthening exercises and yogasana under expert’s guidance. Avoid sour fermented foods.
