Is there any medicine or kashayam to stop the sciatica ner be tingling. When when I sleep on the bed, my nerves are being compressed and then tingling. It takes more than one hour time to become normal. Even I have the nerve tingling in the back of the head.

Guggul preparations (like Yogaraja Guggul or Mahayogaraaj Guggul) 2 tabs twice daily for inflammation Mahanarayan oil massage lower back, hips, and legs daily. Apply warm compress after massage. Ampachak Vati. 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab. Sinhanad Guggul 2 tabs twice a day before food. Cap. Palsinuron 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp.
