Yeh lakshan Vata dosh badhne ki wajah se ho rahe hain, jisse snayu (nerves) aur mansa (muscles) prabhavit ho rahe hain. Ismein kamjori, jhanjhanahat aur pith dard hota hai. -Iske liye Vata shamak upchar zaroori hai — jaise ki Shilajit, Ashwagandha, aur tel se malish (abhyanga). -Saath hi thandi cheezein, sukha bhojan aur adhik baithna avoid karein. But sirf shilajeet iska ilaz ni h. —Internal Medicine: 1) Rheumartho Gold – 1 cap bd after food 2)muscalt fort 2 tab twice daily after meal 3) Amlycure ds – 2 tab BD after food 4) Ashwagandha Capsules Aimil – 1 cap bd 5) tab trifla 1 tab at night with Luke warm water ----External Treatment: Painmukti Oil – Local massage (back & leg) BD ---- Rasayana / Support: Shilajit Capsules Aimil – 1 cap OD — Pathya: Garam, snigdha bhojan Doodh + haldi Light stretching / walk — Apathya: Thandi cheezein Zyada der baithna Heavy weight uthana ----Advice: -“Yeh Vata rog (Sciatica type) hai, isme nerves aur muscles prabhavit hote hain. Haan, aap Shilajit le sakte hain yeh weakness, muscle pain, nerve tingling me useful hota hai. Shilajit (Seelajeet) 1 capsule ya 250–500 mg Din me 1–2 baar, doodh ke saath Ashwagandha 1 tsp powder raat ko doodh ke saath Strength aur muscle pain ke liye Yograj Guggulu 1–2 tablet, din me 2 baar after food Joint & back pain ke liye Oil Massage Mahanarayan oil se daily back aur legs me halka massage Diet Garam, halka aur poshak food Avoid: thanda, dry food, fast food
