muja 2 months phela knee ma chot lgi thi knee ander ki side band ho gaye thi toh us time knee par mai weight nhi dal pa raha tha uska bas 5-6 din malish or patti bhandi roh imopve ho gaya tha par mai uska bad thode jyda movement kr uska bad mai chl toh paa raha tha easly par complete squate ya sb nhi ho rhi thi or sujan bhi km nhi ho rhi thi uska bad 1 month bad mana is leg sa bike ko push kr raha tha us sa mai aag chla gaya or leg thoda mud gaye or ek dam apin huya or sujan aa gaye uska bad mai dr k pass gaya usna 12 din ka plaster lga diya or jb plaster hata toh knee par sujan km thi phla sa par proper gaye nhi uska bad ab 15 sin ho chuka hai plaster ko hata huya suja km nhi huyi hai mai daily gram pain se shekta hu par yaknee ki sujan proper nhi gye hai orjyda band bhi nhi hoti normal band hoti chair par easly bhat jata hu chl lata hu par ya pure band nhi hoti or sujan bhi nhi ja rhi total 2 months hona ko hai

Aapko knee ligament strain / soft tissue injury / internal swelling lag rahi hai. Pehle chot ke baad proper rest nahi mila, fir dobara twist hua, isliye andar sujan aur stiffness abhi tak bani hui hai. Walking ho rahi hai, par full bend nahi ho rahi = internal inflammation abhi hai. Likely Cause Ligament sprain Meniscus irritation Joint fluid swelling Improper healing after repeated injury Medicine / Support Mahayograj Guggulu – 1 tab twice daily after food Lakshadi Guggulu – 1 tab twice daily after food Dashmool Kwath – 15 ml + equal warm water twice daily Local Care Agar sujan garam lage toh ice pack 10 min, 3 times daily Agar stiffness zyada ho toh warm fomentation evening me Mahanarayan oil se halka massage around knee (zyada pressure nahi) Abhi rest + support + medicine + no overmovement. Forcefully bend mat karein. Proper treatment se recovery possible hai.

आपकी स्थिति में यह पोस्ट-इंजरी सूजन + वात-कफ असंतुलन + जॉइंट stiffness का संकेत है। प्लास्टर हटने के बाद भी सूजन रहना सामान्य है, लेकिन सही देखभाल जरूरी है। आयुर्वेदिक सरल उपचार: 1. सूजन कम करने के लिए (मुख्य उपचार) रात्रि में हल्दी + गुनगुना दूध गुग्गुल आधारित दवा जैसे योगराज गुग्गुल सूजन और जॉइंट stiffness कम करता है 2. बाहरी उपचार (बहुत जरूरी) दिन में 1–2 बार नारायण तेल / महानारायण तेल से हल्की मालिश उसके बाद गर्म सेक (hot fomentation) इससे जॉइंट ढीला और दर्द कम होगा 3. हर्बल सपोर्ट अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – मांसपेशी व रिकवरी के लिए गुग्गुलु टेबलेट्स – सूजन कम करने में मदद 4. एक्सरसाइज (धीरे-धीरे जरूरी) हल्की knee bending exercises दीवार सहारे बैठने का अभ्यास (wall sitting धीरे-धीरे) दर्द बढ़ाने वाली एक्सरसाइज न करें 5. परहेज (Pathya) ठंडी चीजें, दही, फ्रिज का पानी कम करें ज्यादा चलना/स्क्वाट अभी avoid करें लंबे समय तक एक ही पोजिशन में न बैठें

Yeh dawaiyan sujan kam karne aur ligaments ko majboot karne mein madad karti hain: 1.Mahayograj Guggulu: 2-2 goli subah-shaam khane ke baad 2.Lakshadi Guggulu: 2-2 goli din mein do baar 3.Dashmool Kwath: 15 ml dawai mein 15 ml gunguna pani milakar din mein do baar khane ke baad lein. Bahari Upchar (Local Care) Sujan aur stiffness hatane ke liye yeh tarike apnayein: -Mahanarayan Oil: Is tel se ghutne ke charo taraf halki malish karein. Dhyan rahe ki bahut zyada pressure (zor) na lagayein. -Garam Sek (Hot Fomentation): Malish ke baad halka garam sek karein. Aapne bataya ki aap garam pani se sekte hain, ise jaari rakhein lekin tel lagane ke baad karein toh asar zyada hoga. -Lep: Agar sujan zyada hai, toh Jatyadi Taila ya haldi-choona ka lep bhi lagaya ja sakta hai. Kuch Zaruri Baatein (Dos and Don’ts) -Forceful Bending: Ghutne ko zabardasti poora modne (squatting) ki koshish abhi na karein. Isse ligament dobara khinch sakta hai. -Stair Climbing: Sidhiyan chadhna abhi kam se kam rakhein kyunki isse knee joint par pressure padta hai. -Rest: Bike push karne jaisa kaam abhi bilkul na karein jab tak sujan puri tarah khatam na ho jaye. -Diet: Thandi cheezein, dahi, aur fridge ka pani band karein. Garam aur taza khana khayein.
