Difficulty in gaining weight - #20035

I have been skinny throughout my life and now I am 34kg and 22 years old and have been trying to gain weight since long time also I don't know if joining gym will help me or not I do have gut issues as I can notice it from my bowels

Bloating stools are not well formed also sometimes I pass with burning sensation And repeated pin worm infection My Thyroid functioning tests are normal Hb is 13.4 Menstrual cycle is regular

Firstly this issue as to corrected then the proper absorption will take place in the body 1) hingwastaka choorna 1/2 tsf-0-1/2tsf with first bolus of food 2) narasimha rasayana 1/2tsf in morning empty stomach followed by milk

Just do this for month then reconsult me
