I am really curious about something lately. I’ve read online that can ashwagandha increase height, and it’s got me thinking, especially because I’m 17 and feeling a bit worried about it. A few months ago, I started taking ashwagandha after a friend recommended it for stress because, honestly, school has been super overwhelming. I was feeling so anxious and sleep-deprived. Now, I’m feeling a bit better but I can't shake off this thought. I’m about 5’5” and always kinda wished I was taller. My dad is pretty tall, my mom is average, but me? I feel like I’m stuck in the middle. Last week, I was talking to my sister who said that can ashwagandha increase height if taken at the right age, and now I'm like, wait, could this be a thing? I’m not sure how this works or if it’s just myths floating around, you know? I guess I should be careful about expectations since everyone grows at different rates.
