I am seriously struggling to find some info on which beer is good for diabetes in India. I have diabetes and love to hangout with friends, especially on weekends. Lately, I've been feeling pretty left out during our get-togethers since most of my buddies are enjoying their beer. I tried to look up which beer is good for diabetes but there’s so much confusing info out there! Some say light beers are better, while others talk about low-carb options.
