Balancing Ayurvedic Lifestyle with My Passion for Dance - #46896
I would like to have some advice regarding ayurvedic lifestyle and how to match it with my passion for dance. I love salsa, bachata, kizomba and take 3 to 4 dance lessons per week. This lasts till 10 to 11 pm. On Fridays I go to a party until 2 or 3 am. I combine this with a family life and work 4 days a week. My main type is Pitta. I have no real health issues except during winter I often have colds and coughs/sore throat that take some weeks to heal. I also have difficulties to sleep after the dance classes. In the past, 5 years ago, I had hyperthyroidism but this is gone now. I wonder if dancing increases pitta. I just love it so much, it brings me so much joy and energy. Any advice for sleep/food/routines to support to continue this?
