Dr. Swathimutthu Prasad B N
I’m Dr. Swathimutthu B N, and my practice is deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic care of women’s health, with a focus on balancing hormones, enhancing fertility, and supporting every stage of the reproductive journey. My core areas of expertise include managing menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and menopausal challenges through individualized, holistic care. I also provide preconception counseling and comprehensive postpartum support to promote safe and natural recovery. One of my key strengths lies in addressing infertility in both men and women. I integrate Ayurvedic detoxification therapies like Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle interventions to naturally enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and improve sperm health. My goal is to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive imbalances rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Each consultation begins with an in-depth assessment of the patient’s Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances), allowing me to create highly personalized treatment plans. These plans often include Ayurvedic therapies, dietary adjustments, yoga, pranayama, and stress-relief techniques—customized for long-term vitality and well-being. My approach is not just about treatment, but about walking alongside my patients throughout their healing journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, managing chronic hormonal issues, or navigating the emotional shifts of menopause, I provide close follow-up, emotional support, and continuous guidance. I am committed to building a compassionate, evidence-based practice rooted in Ayurvedic science. By combining ancient wisdom with modern insights, I aim to empower each individual to reclaim their health naturally, safely, and sustainably. Hi Prathiba, I appreciate your health concern. It's good to get regular scans. Since the fibroid is small now, leaving it untreated may cause it to grow larger. It would be helpful if you could share details about your menstrual cycle, physical activity, food habits, sleep pattern, and any other health issues for a customized diet plan and medication. Here are some dietary and lifestyle modifications Increase fiber intake – Whole grains, lentils, fruits, and vegetables. Choose natural anti-inflammatory foods – Berries, turmeric, ginger, muxed seeds , methi and nuts Limit red meat and processed foods Avoid refined sugar and excess carbs Drink herbal teas – Like green tea, Ginger tea , triphala tea, Moringa leaves tea , Guava leave tea etc Stay hydrated – Aim for 2–3 liters of water daily. Include healthy fats – Avocados, olive oil, nuts, and seeds. Regular physical activity – Brisk walking, yoga, Zumba for 30 to 35 minutes Maintain a healthy weight Manage stress – Try meditation, deep breathing, or reading Journals , devotional songs . Prioritize sleep – Aim for 7–8 hours of restful sleep every night Medicine Tab M2 Tone 2-0-2 after food Tab Chandraprabha vati 2-0-2 after food Varunadi Kashaya 15 ml -0-15 ml after food Reach us for Customised diet charts , Yoga , Asanas and Medication

When it comes to fibroids, Ayurveda offers insightful perspectives that can help in managing and potentially reducing the size. Even though your fibroids are small and asymptomatic, it's wise to address them now to prevent potential issues in the future. First, focus on your diet, as it's crucial in maintaining hormonal balance. In Ayurveda, fibroids are often viewed as a Kapha-related condition, so you'd want to reduce Kapha-aggravating foods. Opt for a diet rich in fresh vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Try to avoid or limit dairy, red meat, and refined sugar, as they can contribute to Kapha imbalance. A habit of sipping warm water or herbal teas throughout the day supports digestion, which is essential for reducing Kapha. Herbs play a significant role in Ayurveda for balancing the body. Ashoka (Saraca indica) and Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa) are commonly recommended for supporting female reproductive health and reducing Kapha. You might consider these under the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner. Also, Turmeric is great for its anti-inflammatory properties - incorporating it into your diet can be beneficial. Routine exercise suited to your lifestyle is another step - regular physical activity, like walking or yoga, can help keep Kapha in check. Yoga postures such as Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Spinal Twist) and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) are particularly supportive for reproductive health, enhancing circulation and metabolism. Stress management is also pivotal. Practice relaxation techniques, such as meditation or pranayama (breathing exercises), to maintain hormonal balance and support overall health. Remember that each person is unique. It's best to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner who can tailor advice specifically to your prakriti (constitution) and ensure that the herbs and lifestyle suggestions align with your nature. If you ever notice symptoms or if your condition changes, always seek medical advice promptly.
