Fibroids - #20280

I have small fibroids 20mm...no symptoms...just came to from regular scan....what can I do so that it does not grow and start shrinkage .I am 34 years old amd have two kids.......how to shrink fibroids .

1. Varunadi ghritham 1 tsp with guggulu panchpalam choornam 1 tsp , morning empty stomach 2. Varunasavam 30-0- 30ml + kanchanar gugguluu 1-0-1 after breakfast and dinner 3. Gt capsules 2 at bed time Diet modifications Eat a fiber-rich diet (whole grains, fruits, and vegetables) to prevent estrogen dominance. Avoid dairy, processed foods, and excessive soy products. It would be helpful if you could share details about your menstrual cycle, physical activity, food habits, sleep pattern, and any other health issues for a customized diet plan and medication. Here are some dietary and lifestyle modifications Increase fiber intake – Whole grains, lentils, fruits, and vegetables. Choose natural anti-inflammatory foods – Berries, turmeric, ginger, muxed seeds , methi and nuts Limit red meat and processed foods Avoid refined sugar and excess carbs Drink herbal teas – Like green tea, Ginger tea , triphala tea, Moringa leaves tea , Guava leave tea etc Stay hydrated – Aim for 2–3 liters of water daily. Include healthy fats – Avocados, olive oil, nuts, and seeds.
