what are the benefits of anjeer - #24786
I am dealing with some digestive issues lately, and it's been reallly frustrating. A friend suggested I try anjeer, since she heard it's good for that kinda stuff. I mean, it's dried figs, right? Anyway, I did a little digging and found out that anjeer has a bunch of nutrients, but I'm still confused about what exactly are the benefits of anjeer. Like, will it help with my bloating? Or is it more for other things? I also read somewhere that it can help with constipation – but my problem isn’t that. More like I go too frequently if that makes sense. I even tried adding anjeer to my diet but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or getting the full benefits. Some people say it can boost energy, too. I feel like I'm just adding sugar to my meals sometimes! Can anyone share what are the benefits of anjeer you’ve noticed personally? I really want to get this right!
