Pre-menstrual Spotting - #20534

Good Morning respected Doctors. I hope you all are doing well. I'm 26 year old unmarried female. I'm facing an issue of premenstrual spotting for 3 to 4 days before my actual flow starts. It is a brown slimy discharge. Just spots for 3 to 4 days. I'm facing this issue from almost more than 5 years. Everytime I have periods it starts with the spotting for days. My period flow is normal to heavy for first 3 days and usually I completes 7 days ( with spotting it's almost 10days). Moreover my cycle is regular on time each month. I have little hairs on chin. My weight is 65kg and height 5.3". I have thick thighs, hip and lower abdomen region from teenage. I hope to get my query resolved with the brilliant doctors here. I'm from Pakistan please suggest the medicine, herbs etc that are available here.

Very good morning dear, your symptoms are suggesting of harmonal imbalance so better if you haven’t done scan before to rule out pcos and thyroid profile , better get it done,so once we rule out we can start you on medicines which are easily aviliable with some lifestyle modifications and asanas

Hello.... Have you gone through any investigations ?? Like scan If so plz mention reports.... If your last menstrual bleed dint get clear then it will spot in early next month... 1) Ashoka Arishta.... 10ml 2 times a day 2) Syp U - Sure... 10ml once a day 3) Tablet Gynovedan.. Only in cycles daily 1 Tablet... Take this for 2 months your problem will be solved if your scan reports are normal
