I am trying to figure out if Marie Gold biscuit is good for weight loss. Last week, I had this sudden urge for sweets and grabbed a pack of these biscuits, thinking they’d be a better snack option than chips or chocolate. Yes, I know, but I can't help it. Now I find myself munching on them way too often! My friends keep saying they are low-calorie, but now I'm getting paranoid about how many I’ve eaten. I read some stuff on the internet about there's no magic food for weight loss, but for real, is Marie Gold biscuit a good choice?
