I am dealing with some weird health issues lately and I keep hearing about this term, "what is magaj"? I visited a doctor and they mentioned something about dietary changes. My diet has been pretty heavy on junk food, especially since I’ve been home working non-stop during the pandemic. I feel sluggish and at times, my focus is just totally off! One friend told me magaj is some kind of nut or seed, but I really don’t get it. Is it supposed to help with energy or brain function? I kinda looked it up and saw it’s linked to Ayurveda, but my research is all over the place, with people saying it’s great for students and helps with memory or focus. I need clarity! What is magaj even? Should I start incorporating it into my meals? I want to boost my mental clarity but I'm lost. Any easy recipes or tips would be a lifesaver!!
