I am really curious about aam panna and if aam panna is good for health. Lately, I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish and my digestion is all over the place, plus this awful heat isn't helping! My friend told me that aam panna, which is this chilled raw mango drink, can help with heat and improve digestion or something like that. I tried it last weekend at a family gathering, and it was super refreshing, but now I wonder if it actually has any health benefits? I made some at home with raw mangoes, sugar, and spices like cumin, but I'm not sure if I did it right. I mean, is aam panna good for health or is just a summer drink? Also, are there any specific ways to prepare it that makes it even healthier? I read some conflicting opinions online, so it’s all a bit confusing. Would love to hear from you guys!
