Addressing issues related to overuse of Viagra and resulting erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation requires a multidimensional approach, rooted deeply in Ayurveda. First, it's crucial to gradually reduce dependency on Viagra. Begin by consulting your healthcare professional for guidance to safely manage the reduction of dosage, as completely stopping at once can be challenging for your body. In the realm of Ayurveda, these symptoms could be linked to an imbalances in the vata dosha, which governs movement and activity in the body. The weakness and nervous exhaustion you're experiencing might stem from this imbalance. Start with introducing nourishing and vata-pacifying foods into your diet - warm, cooked meals that include ghee, nuts, seeds, and milk are great. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and highly processed foods since they can aggravate vata. Enhancing the strength of your nadi (nerves) can be supported by incorporating herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari, which are known for their adaptogenic properties. Take around 500 mg to 1 gram of ashwagandha powder with warm milk in the morning and evening. Shatavari can also be consumed similarly, as it promotes overall vitality. Regular Abhyanga (oil massage) is beneficial for balancing Vata, especially with sesame or ashwagandha oil, which strengthen muscles and vessels. Practice this daily or at least a few times weekly if time allows. Additionally, focus on pranayama techniques like Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari, done daily. They're excellent for calming the nervous system and improving circulation, which aids in revitalizing sexual function. Aim for about ten minutes each morning on an empty stomach. Please remember, healing is a journey and might take time. This is a gradual process, and patience is key. Always keep your modern healthcare professional in the loop, and adjust your regimen based on their advice and your progress.
