I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Topical Care: Apply coconut oil adding kapoor(making it warm so that kapoor dissolves) Or use Aloe vera gel (pure) as a soothing agent. Lifestyle & Diet Tips you can follow- Avoid spicy, oily, fermented foods and junk. Include more green vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Drink plenty of water and detox herbal teas (like coriander seed tea). Bathe with neem-leaf boiled water once or twice a week.

Thankyou so much sir! What a wonderful advice 💯🙂
Addressing persistent skin allergies through Ayurveda requires understanding your dosha balance and underlying causes. It appears there may be an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, often associated with inflammation, redness, and heat in the body. Let's explore some Ayurvedic approaches that tackle this issue naturally. Firstly, incorporating certain dietary changes can be really helpful. Opt for Pitta-pacifying foods – these are cooling, sweet, and bitter tastes. Gur (jaggery), coconut water, cucumber, and aloe vera juice can serve as excellent choices. Avoid spicy, sour, and oily foods as these can aggravate Pitta or worsen the condition, potentially leading to more itching. Hydration is also crucial. Drinking plenty of water, perhaps infused with a pinch of cumin seeds, can help in flushing out toxins. Consuming buttermilk with a bit of coriander and a tiny bit of rock salt daily is another remedy supporting digestion, which is closely knit with skin health in Ayurveda. Topically, you can apply a paste made from sandalwood powder and a little aloe vera gel, both known for their cooling properties. Leave it on the irritated areas to help soothe the skin. Additionally, neem oil has antibacterial properties which might assist in reducing the infection risk that often accompanies scratching itchy skin. Ashwagandha and brahmi can be taken as supplements; these adaptogenic herbs support stress resilience, which can sometimes trigger or exacerbate skin issues. It's suggestible to take these after consulting with an ayurvedic practicioner who could prescribe appropriate doses based on your individual prakriti. Meditation and yoga specifically for calming the Pitta dosha – like shavashana (corpse pose) and bhramari (bee breath) – balance the mind and energies which can often contribute to reducing overall skin inflammation. Finally, if you're not seeing improvement or if the symptoms worsen, it's important to seek immediate medical attention. Persistent skin conditions can sometimes be indicators of deeper underlying issues that need professional care.ukka Approach this holistically, with patience, since natural treatments often require consistent application over time for tangible results.
