Namaste guriya kumar ji Thank you for sharing your health concerns. Honestly, I understand that after trying for three years to conceive and facing continuous disappointment, emotional stress, and uncertainty. You must be feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, but let me assure you. There is hope with the right approach through Ayurvedic wisdom, commitment to lifestyle change, and guided treatment conception is still possible You have mentioned that you’re trying to conceive since last three years with low AMH that is 0.78 You are ovulating and eggs are forming . You are on thyroid medication. Left ovary shows no follicular growth Despite time efforts, conception is not happening No, let’s see what’s your each issue meant according to both Ayurveda and modern science perspective AMH reflects the quantity of remaining over and follicles in simple terms to say it’s your egg reserve. An AMH level of 0.78 is on the lower side and suggest that the quantity of available eggs is diminished. This doesn’t mean pregnancy is not possible. It indicates that egg numbers are lower than average. Eggs may be maturing less frequently There is a need to work on improving the quality of the remaining eggs The reason why you are not consuming might be due to poor egg quality, even though eggs are forming Week endometrial lining Implantation failure due to hormone or immune issues Fellow and tube dysfunction or mild blockages Thyroid induced imbalance Age related decline in reproductive vitality To see through Ayurveda -VATA governance. The downward movements that is menstruation, ovulation and child birth. When APANAVATA is disturbed ovulation fertilisation and implantation all suffer. Poor digestion, metabolism leads to talk in accumulation further blocking the channels Ojas is the essence of all tissues and supports fertility, stress, insomnia, poor diet, and emotional exertion reduces Ojas SHUKRA DHATU weakness-needed for conception include both male and female fertility components Ayurveda doesn’t treat a single symptom, it addresses the root imbalance, in your case the main aim is To nourish and revitalise artava and shukra dhatu To restore harmonal balance and improve egg quality To strengthen uterus and improve endometrial lining To correct apana vata and improve tubal and ovarian function To detoxify the reproductive system and support implantation To enhance Ojas and improve immunity To balance thyroid and reduce stress response If possible try panchakarma therapies at near by centres which is highly recommended Panchakarma therapy lik basti abhyanga Snehana and virechana are more useful Internally you can start- Phala Gritam - one teaspoon non-empty stomach with warm milk, it supports agh and uterine health Putrajeevak + shivalingi churna- 1 g, each with honey, twice daily, known for boosting fertility, naturally Asoka aristha + Dashamoola aristha- 2 teaspoon each with equal quantity of water twice daily after food -strengthens uterus and regulate cycles Rajapravarthini vati- if periods are irregular, then you can take three times daily till the menses starts Chandraprabha vati Kanchanar guggulu- One tablet twice daily after food with water For your husband, once check your seven analysis, we can rule out any male related factors Diet- Include rice, wheat millets, freshly cooked foods dals like moong dal Toor Daal vegetables, like pumpkin, fruit, carrots, spinach, fruits, like pomegranate, banana, apple dates soaked raisins Can drink warm cow milk with ghee and saffron Can take soaked almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, and flax seeds. Home-made Gond , Laddu , drumstick soup, methi seeds Avoid cold refrigerator, food card at night, fermented, food, cheese, vinegar, pickles, spicy oil, fried packet, food chips, biscuits, Maida, products, tea, or coffee cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, late night meals, and irregular eating habits Lifestyle modification is also very important Sleep before 10 PM, avoid screen time after 9 PM for massage can be done with warm sesame oil before sleep Drink warm milk at bedtime with a pinch of nutmeg Yoga like Badhakonasana Bhujangasana setubandasana Suptabadda konasana malasana suryanamaskar will be beneficial Do pranayama like brahmari Anulom vilom Meditation for at least 10 to 15 minutes morning and evening to reduce stress and strengthen mental calm You have to take internal medicines at least for 3 to 6 months consistently to see the positive result Panchkarma is optional, but highly beneficial Lifestyle changes should be for life long Finally, I just want to say that your condition is not in curable, but it requires sincere effort. Correct identification of root causes and most importantly patience Ayurveda offers deep feeling, but it is not a quick fix with consistent support, care and appearance to the above approach. You can still achieve conception naturally. Believe in your bodies, ability to heal fertility is not just about numbers like AMH. It is about restoring harmony and inner strength. It sounds like you’ve been facing a journey that is both challenging and emotional. You mentioned your AMH levels, ovulation, and thyroid issues. In Ayurveda, infertility can be due to an imbalance in the doshas, dhatus, or certain lifestyle factors. Let’s look into some ways you might consider integrating ayurvedic principles into your journey, keeping in mind the medical treatments you're currently undergoing. First, let’s address the role of Agni (digestive fire) because it is fundamental in Ayurveda. A balanced digestion boosts fertility by nourishing the dhatus (tissues) effectively. Consider focusing on your diet: aim for warm, cooked foods that are easy to digest. Include ghee, which is considered nourishing for Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue), and aim to eat organic, preferably locally sourced, fresh foods. Spices like cinnamon and cardamom can be included to boost metabolism and aid digestion. Your pratiroop (diagnosis) indicates that Kapha imbalances may be a factor here, given thy paradox between egg formation and non-conception. Incorporating a daily routine that includes light exercises, like yoga or brisk walking, could help balance Kapha. Aim for consistency, about 20-30 minutes a day. For Vata balance, especially if you’re experiencing stress over the situation, practices like Abhyanga (self-massage using sesame oil) can be very grounding and soothing. Preferably practiced in the morning, it can help calm the mind and nervous system. From a therapeutic perspective, consider Panchakarma treatments in a qualified Ayurveda center. These detoxification processes can help reset the body’s balance. Nasya therapy (nasal therapy) is also known to enhance fertility, but should only be administered under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. Hydration is key, so drink warm water or herbal teas throughout the day to help maintain Ojus (the essence of fertility) balance. A herbal formula like Ashwagandha or Shatavari, may support the reproductive system but again, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any herbs, as they need to match your unique prakriti. Thyroid issues can be addressed through diet. Seaweed (Kelp) or other iodine-rich sources might helpful, but do check this with your healthcare provider to ensure it doesn’t interfere with your thyriod medication. For immediate concerns about the reproductive health, such as hormone levels or structural issues, it's crucial to maintain open communication with your healthcare provider. Especially if you’re aiming for conception soon, it’s important to integrate ayurvedic practices with regular medical follow-up to support your body's readiness to conceive. Please remember that while these suggestions can support your path, they should complement the guidance provided by your primary doctor or endocrinologist managing your thyroid condition.
