I am kinda freaking out a bit. For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with these really annoying digestive issues. It’s like my stomach is always in knots. The other day, I even went to an Ayurvedic practitioner who mentioned Everest Nayopayam Kashaya Sookshma Churna too, saying it could help balance my doshas or whatever that means. He recommended I mix it with warm water and take it twice a day. I feel a bit confused about the dosage though!
