I am really confused about some health issues I’ve been having lately. Been feeling kinda scatterbrained and forgetful, which isn’t like me at all. My friend mentioned something called SDM Medhya Vati, saying it’s great for boosting memory and focus. I’ve done a bit of research, but it’s all kinda overwhelming, to be honest. So, just a few weeks back, I started noticing this foggy feeling in my head, especially when I’m trying to work or remember things. Like, just yesterday, I forgot where I put my phone, and I looked everywhere for it. Then, I finally found it in the fridge! Ugh! I tried to manage it with some meditation and yoga, but still struggling. I’m a bit skeptical about just jumping into supplements like SDM Medhya Vati. Has anyone here used it? Did you see any real results from it? I mean, are there side effects? And how does it actually work? I wouldn’t wanna mess with something if it’s not really safe or anything. I’ve read it’s Ayurvedic and natural, but still... unsure. Do any of you think it could help with my brain fog? I feel like I’m rambling, but any personal experiences or recommendations would really mean a lot. Thanks!
