For a fungal infection on the lower abdomen, apply neem paste or neem oil mixed with coconut oil. You can also use a paste of turmeric and aloe vera for its antifungal and soothing properties. Keep the area clean and dry, wearing loose cotton clothes. Diet: Include: Bitter foods like neem, karela, buttermilk with cumin, and fiber-rich fruits like pomegranate. Avoid: Sugary foods, dairy, and oily or spicy items. Drink plenty of water and take Triphala powder at night with warm water. If the issue persists, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Fungal infections - yeh khuch ziddi hote hain, haina? Par Ayurveda se help zarur mil sakti hai. Sabse pehle toh, turmeric (haldi) dusting powder badi achhi cheez hai. Isay affected area pe roj lagayein, specially after shower, to make sure area is dry. Haldi ki antimicrobial properties infection ko fight karna start karti hai. Neem leaves bhi help kar sakti hain, unhe ek paste bana ke lagayein ya neem oil use karein bhi chalega. Neem leaves ko thoda boil karke paani se area ko dho sakte ho, bas thoda sa pani lukewarm hona chahiye, zyada hot nahi. Ab baat diet ki aati hai toh, sugar aur refined foods thoda avoid karne ki advise dunga, ye fungus ko aur badhate hain. Paschimtaalukavidya (diet) ko follow karke, - Include more bitter foods like karela (bitter gourd) aur lauki to balance the doshas aur improve agni. Haan aur fresh curd ya fermented cheese jaisa khane se thoda doori, yeh humare aagnibal ko dubhla kar dete hai. For internal use, triphala powder with lukewarm water at night can be helpful to detox the body. Ye internal cleansing mein assist karega, aur intestinal flora ko balance mein rakhega. Dina charya (daily routine ) mein bhi change zaroori hai - wear loose, cotton clothes to let the skin breathe, kyunki tight kapde infection ko aur badha sakte hain. Jab tak ye infection heal nahi hota, sweating activities avoid karne ki koshish karein jaise ki heavy exercises. Agar yeh sab kuch try kar chuke, but infection muti nahi hai toh, dermatologists se consult karna better idea ho sakta hai...because safety first, right? Proper diagnosis se aapko kadam uthane mei asan hogi - modern medicine along with old practices, kabhi-kabhi best kaam karti hai.
