Firstly go for some tests , I will only recommend to go through this– - PFT - ALLERGY TEST - CHEST X-RAY PA VIEW —Rx- 1) vasaavleh 1 tsf twice daily after meal 2) haridrakhand 1 tsf at bed time 3) gandhak Rasayan 2 tab twice daily after meal — do gargles twice daily with Luke warm water+ a pinch of haldi+ 1/2 tsf saindhav salt — wear mask on outing — avoid Spicy, fried food ------ follow up with reports after 15 days or early if any other symptoms or symptoms worse
