11 वर्ष के बच्चे में 1–2 सप्ताह से लगातार बुखार + खांसी + CRP 86.5
और एंटीबायोटिक से सुधार नहीं हो रहा — यह साधारण वायरल जुकाम नहीं है।
🚨 CRP 86.5 का क्या मतलब है?
CRP (C-Reactive Protein) 86.5 बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ा हुआ है।
सामान्यतः:
0–5 mg/L = सामान्य
10–40 = मध्यम संक्रमण
80+ = गंभीर सूजन / बैक्टीरियल संक्रमण की संभावना
इसका मतलब शरीर में काफी तीव्र सूजन या संक्रमण चल रहा है।
❗संभावित कारण
1️⃣ निमोनिया (फेफड़ों का संक्रमण)
2️⃣ टाइफाइड
3️⃣ बैक्टीरियल थ्रोट इंफेक्शन
4️⃣ वायरल के बाद सेकेंडरी बैक्टीरियल इंफेक्शन
5️⃣ डेंगू/अन्य संक्रमण (यदि क्षेत्र में चल रहा हो)
🚨 तुरंत क्या करें (देरी न करें)
कृपया बच्चे को बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ (Pediatrician) या अस्पताल में दिखाएँ।
घर पर दवा बदलते रहना सुरक्षित नहीं है।
डॉक्टर से ये जांच कराएँ:
CBC (Complete Blood Count)
Chest X-ray
Blood culture
Widal / Typhoid test (यदि जरूरत)
Dengue / Malaria (यदि क्षेत्र में हो)
⚠️ तुरंत अस्पताल ले जाएँ यदि:
सांस तेज चल रही हो
सीने में दर्द
बहुत कमजोरी
उल्टी बार-बार
103°F से अधिक बुखार
होंठ नीले पड़ना
बच्चा सुस्त पड़ जाए
🌿 अभी घर पर क्या कर सकते हैं (सहायक रूप में, इलाज नहीं)
गुनगुना पानी दें
भाप (यदि सांस में तकलीफ नहीं)
हल्का सुपाच्य भोजन
पर्याप्त तरल
लेकिन मुख्य उपचार डॉक्टर के निर्देश अनुसार ही होगा।
यह “साधारण बुखार” नहीं लग रहा है क्योंकि:
1–2 सप्ताह से चल रहा है
CRP बहुत ज्यादा है
एंटीबायोटिक से सुधार नहीं
