At age 66 (the Vata stage of life), the dryness of Vata usually dominates. If there is an “oily” or “slimy” sensation (Picchila), it suggests that Kapha is aggravated, potentially leading to Yonivyapad (vaginal disorders). This can be caused by a buildup of toxins (Ama) or a localized inflammatory response. ​ ​These are traditional supportive supplements. Khadiradi vati 2 tabs after food suck and eat twice a day Triphala powder tsp in 4 glassses of water. Boil to half, strain and mix the strained liquid in 5 liters lukewarm water to wah the vaginal area (Yoni dhavan) Alum crystal. Use as soap to wash daily atleast 5-6 times a day. Check for sugar levels and HbA1c to rull out diabetes. Get cheked if foul smell or getting any kind of discharge.
