Hi, I often get upper stomach random pains. Sometimes it is sharp and stabbing for a 1 day or 2. Other times I will get an ache for a few days. It does not burn, i have tried gaviscon antacid medicine and omeprazole, with no change. A Dr put me on 3 medications for Hpylori and this did calm it down a lot, but I still get the pain just not as often. The pain is about 1 inch above belly button right up to where my rib cage meets. I went off all spices and adapted to a bland diet, but no change. I often feel nauseated after eating. An ultrasound shows nothing to report. Any thoughts? Thank you

My core philosophy in practice revolves around preventing disease before it manifests, using Ayurvedic dietary principles and lifestyle regulation as powerful tools to maintain balance and well-being. I strongly believe that true healing begins with understanding the individual constitution (Prakriti) and addressing imbalances at their root rather than simply managing symptoms. These natural healing modalities allow me to work on both the physical and subtle energy levels of the patient, supporting emotional and mental well-being as part of the healing process. By combining diet-based preventive care with personalized therapies, I aim to offer a holistic path toward long-term health and vitality. My approach is patient-centric, focused on identifying the underlying cause of disease and guiding individuals with compassion and clarity through natural, sustainable healing methods. Over the years, I have witnessed the deep transformation that comes from restoring harmony in body, mind, and spirit—something that modern medicine often overlooks.
