मेरा उम्र 69 बर्ष है। करिब दो महिनेसे मेरे बाँये कन्धे पर जकड़न महसुस हो रही है और बाँये कन्धेसे कोहनीके पासतक दर्द हो रही है । अतः इस दर्द और जकड़न ठिक करनेके लिए कौन सा आयुर्वेदिक दवा उत्तम रहेगा । मै शराब, दारू का सेवन कभी नही करता हुँ और शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजन करता हुँ ।

is age mein is type ka shoulder stiffness aur pain jo kandhe se elbow tak ja raha hai wo usually vata imbalance ki wajah se hota hai, especially jab dryness, degeneration aur joint lubrication kam ho jata hai, isi wajah se jakkadpan aur radiating pain feel hota hai ye condition frozen shoulder ya sandhivata type pattern mein develop hoti hai isliye early care lena important hai medicines aap is tarah le sakte hain yogaraj guggulu 1 tablet din mein 2 baar khane ke baad maharasnadi kwath 15 ml paani ke saath din mein 2 baar dashmool kwath 15 ml din mein 1–2 baar (agar pain zyada ho) ghar par rozana halka garam til ka tel ya mahanarayana taila se kandhe par malish karein aur uske baad halka sek karein, isse stiffness aur pain dono mein rahat milti hai thandi hawa, AC ka direct exposure aur thande padarth avoid karein, hamesha garam aur fresh khana lein, thoda ghee include karein jo joints ko support karta hai shoulder ko bilkul rest mein mat rakhiye, halki movement aur simple exercises dheere dheere shuru karein warna jakkadpan badh sakta hai regular care se dheere dheere movement improve hota hai aur pain control mein aata hai Heartful pranams Dr Raghuveer SN (Ayurvedacharya)

Along with this you can take some internal medicines also By the help of internal medicine and the slight neck exercises you will get improvement by two weeks. 1. Prasaranyadi tailam for external application. Apply all over the neck area and shoulder then whole hand. Massage for 15 minutes and then leave it for 20 minutes. Took a warm compress by cotton cloth. 2. Prasaranyadi kashaya 15 ml+45 ml lukewarm water twice daily half an hour before food. 3. Yogaraja guggulu 1-0-1 along with kashaya. 4. Sallaki tab 1-0-1 for 2 weeks. Follow up after 2 weeks. Take care, Dr. Shaniba
