3. Diet and Lifestyle Adjustments Follow a Vata-pacifying diet with warm, easily digestible foods like soups, khichdi, and ghee. Avoid cold, raw, or processed foods, as they aggravate Vata. Stay hydrated with warm water throughout the day to support circulation and reduce stiffness.

4. Yoga and Gentle Exercises Practice restorative yoga poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), and Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose) to relieve pressure on the spine and improve circulation. Avoid heavy exercises or activities that strain your back or neck.

5. Restless Leg Syndrome Management Before bedtime, soak your legs in warm water with a pinch of rock salt for 15 minutes. This improves blood flow and reduces discomfort. Massage your legs and feet with sesame oil to calm Vata and ease restlessness.

6. Chronic Cold and Cervical Neck Pain Relief Steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus oil can relieve nasal congestion and soothe the neck muscles. Take Sitopaladi Churna mixed with honey (1 teaspoon twice daily) to improve respiratory health and reduce cold symptoms.

7. Panchakarma Therapies (Optional) Consider therapies like Kati Basti (medicated oil therapy for the lower back) and Shirodhara (medicated oil therapy for the forehead) under Ayurvedic guidance. These therapies help reduce pain, relax the nervous system, and balance Vata.

8. Sleep Support Practice Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) for 10 minutes before sleeping to calm the mind and improve sleep quality.
