Dealing with multiple symptoms like you’re experiencing can be really tough and it’s good your keen on finding solutions. Let’s start with what Ayurveda says about managing these conditions holistically.

Given that you have diabetes, which in Ayurveda may relate to kapha imbalance and possibly agni (digestive fire) issues, it’s crucial to manage blood sugar levels through a balanced diet and lifestyle. Focus on consuming warm, light, and slightly spicy foods that stimulate digestion. Avoid cold, heavy, oily and sugary foods as these might aggravate kapha. Small, frequent meals can help in maintaining stable energy levels throughout the day.

Your joint pain, particularly in all, may associate with Vata imbalance. Regular gentle exercises like yoga or tai chi can improve circulation and flexibility. Consider consuming warm sesame oil in your diet or using it for body massage (abhyanga) to nourish your bones and joints. Try to practice oil self-massage followed by a warm bath – it can soothe body ache significantly.

Itching on the face and back can be linked with excess heat in the body, a Pitta disorder. Incorporate cooling foods like cucumbers and coriander in your diet. Drinking aloe vera juice diluted with water might help as it’s cooling and detoxifying. However, avoid it during menstruation and pregnancy due to its potent nature.

Your head pain due to dental issues should not be ignored by ayurveda alone; seek a dentist’s advice for proper intervention. Dental health is indeed connected with systemic health, and pain shouldn’t persist untreated.

As for sleep interruptions due to lower back pain and discomfort, ensure your sleep environment is supportive – a firm mattress that aligns your spine is critical. Before bed, consider drinking warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg and ginger for sedation and warmth.

Since you have a complex medical history, continue working with your healthcare providers to ensure any new regimen compliments your current treatment. If your pain is severe, consult your doctor promptly to address any urgent care needs.
