I am really confused about which amla juice is best for my health. I've been hearing so many great things about amla lately, especially for boosting immunity and improving digestion. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really run down, like I had no energy, and my digestion was all over the place. A friend recommended that I start drinking amla juice. But with all the brands out there, I don’t know which amla juice is best! I tried one brand from the supermarket, but it tasted super sour and I couldn’t handle it. Another one said it had added sugar, which I’m trying to avoid. I keep reading that fresh amla juice is the most effective, but I don’t have the time to make it myself! Would mixing amla juice with something else help with the taste or the nutrients? Honestly, I just want to find a good quality one that won't break the bank. Any suggestions on which amla juice is best or what to look out for would be super helpful!
