I am really confused about something and hoping to get some advice from all of you. Last week, I started taking gond katira after learning about its benefits for digestion and hydration. My aunt recommended it since she swears by it for her health. I usually mix it with milk, but I’ve been wondering, can we take gond katira at night? See, I sometimes have trouble sleeping, and I thought maybe if I have it before bed, I might feel better in the morning. But then I read somewhere that it could cause some digestive issues if taken too late. I don't want to mess with my stomach since I already had some bloating issues. It's been a rollercoaster trying to figure out when’s the best time for my body. I mean, I feel great during the day after taking it, but then I get nervous about the night. Could it be harmful or like, should I be avoiding it at night? Any thoughts or experiences would be super helpful! Thanks!
