I am really confused about my diet lately. I’ve been trying to eat healthier and include more Ayurvedic principles, but I’m stuck on this one thing. A friend mentioned that we can eat ghee and fish together, but I just feel uncertain about it. Last week, I made a delicious fish curry using ghee (which I love by the way) and I felt bad later on, like maybe I shouldn’t have mixed them? I’ve read mixed views online about ghee and fish – some say they go great together while others insist it’s a total no-no. My digestion hasn’t been the best recently, like sometimes I deal with bloating after meals. I don’t know if that’s from the fish or the ghee, or both. I tried a separate meal with just ghee and vegetables and felt pretty good, but then I’m wondering: can we eat ghee and fish together without causing digestive issues? I really wanna enjoy my meals without guilt!
