I am kinda lost here and need some advice. Lately, I've been feeling really sluggish and my digestion is all over the place. A friend suggested I try aloe vera juice but I have no idea which aloe vera juice is best for my situation. I’ve been doing some research, but honestly, it's so confusing! Some say to look for 100% pure aloe vera juice, while others talk about additives and organic vs. non-organic stuff.
