As baby get affected with stomach infection frequently so how todeal with it. If he eats out or put something in mouth so he gets watery loose motion. Other than that he has very poor diet he doesn’t want to eatand that’s why he is very weak

Frequent stomach infections in children, like you’ve observed, often indicate a weakened digestive system. In Ayurveda, this is usually linked with an imbalance in the digestive fire, or Agni. To strengthen your child’s digestive system and immune function, focus on a few key principles.

First, it’s crucial to build up the Agni or digestive fire. Offer easily digestible foods such as well-cooked rice or khichdi, which are gentle on the stomach. Including a dash of ghee can help nourish the digestive tract. Ghee is considered as rasayana in Ayurveda, meaning it rejuvenates and strengthens the body’s tissues. Avoid heavy, oily, or difficult-to-digest foods; they can dampen the Agni.

Hydration is important, but focus on warm fluids over cold ones; warm water helps support digestion. You can add a pinch of ajwain (carom seeds) to warm water, allowing your child to sip it—it aids in digestion and reduces bloating.

Introducing Hingvashtak churna (a classical Ayurvedic formulation) with meals can improve digestion and reduce episodes of loose motions. Mix a pinch in ghee and give it to the child before meals.
